Yesterday, I shared a good YouTube channel with plenty of key stretches for runners. Today, I’d like to share an online running coach resource I found: Teach to Run.
Mark Eichenlaub is a USA Track and Field certified running coach. His website is a wealth of running knowledge. Why search the far corners of the internet for running advice when Mark’s been putting out some great running content for years?
I think a reason why I like Teach to Run is that Mark was at one point overweight and looking to get back into shape. As an online running coach, he has covered the topic of running to lose weight and knows it personally.
I’ve signed up for his email list so I get some pretty timely articles from him. He also posts a number of videos, articles, and ebooks that are available.
If you’re interested in 5K training plan or looking for one-on-one coaching, Mark’s can work with and get you where you want to be.
Take a few moments to check out Teach to Run for some good running content, sign up for Marks’ newsletter, and/ or check out his podcast. Really good information for any runner – no matter the experience level.
